Privacy Notice

LoadDone ("we") provides a dispatch organization app for truck drivers, dispatchers, and administrators. This notice explains what information we handle and how.

Account and load data

When you create an account and use LoadDone, we store the information you provide — such as your name, email address, driver and vehicle details, dispatch messages you paste, load plans, and trip progress. This data is private: it requires sign-in, is visible only to you and your authorized fleet, and is never sold or shared with advertisers. It is excluded from search engines.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our public pages, so we can improve them. Analytics is off by default:

• On your first visit to our public pages you will see a consent banner. Choosing Decline means no analytics requests are sent to Google at all.
• Choosing Accept enables basic, aggregated measurement of page visits and button clicks on public pages only.
• We never send Google your name, email address, password, driver codes, load numbers, dispatch text, addresses, GPS coordinates, tokens, or any other private information. Analytics events contain only sanitized page paths and generic action labels.
• Private dashboard activity (your loads, dispatches, and profile screens after sign-in) is excluded from analytics.

Google processes this data under its own terms. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the consent banner again on your next visit.

Feedback

If you send feedback through the app, it is stored and shared with authorized administrators as described in the feedback form. Screenshot attachments are currently disabled.
